DIRECTIONS FOR USE (SHEET)

  1. Cleanse wound with MPM Wound & Skin Cleanser
  2. Debride necrotic tissue, biofilm, or other non-viable tissue to prepare the wound site.
  3. Hydrate the collagen matrix sheet before application to the wound surface.
  4. Apply the porous membrane side of the collagen sheet to the wound, extending beyond the wound surface
  5. Once the collagen sheet matrix has been positioned on the wound, remove the non-adherent backing
  6. Secure the matrix in place, using the clinicians choice of fixation
  7. Cover the collagen matrix with a non-adherent dressing
  8. Repeat applications may be required, based on the wound response and clinician judgment.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE (POWDER)

  1. Cleanse wound with MPM Wound & Skin Cleanser
  2. Debride necrotic tissue, biofilm, or other non-viable tissue to prepare the wound site.
  3. Apply the ACM Surgical Powder to wound surface approximately 1/4" thick, or as needed. Do not pack tightly.
  4. Cover the collagen matrix with a non-adherent dressing
  5. Repeat applications may be required, based on the wound response and clinician judgment.
