MetaMatrix Data

Based on USP criteria, Bacteria is not less than 2.0 log reduction from the initial count at 14 days, and no increase from the 14 days' count at 28 days. Yeast and Molds has no increase from the initial calculated count at 14 and 28 days. This study was an R&D rapid efficacy test and shows the immediate reduction necessary to extrapolate across 28 days. Biochroma Analytical labs, LLC recommends a full28-day study once product goes into production. Currently, this sample passes the preservative efficacy examination.

Indications for Use

This product may be used in the management of partial and full thickness wounds, venous stasis and diabetic ulcers, pressure (stage I IV) and venous ulcers, 1s & 2nd degree burns, ulcers caused by mixed vascular etiologies, cuts, abrasions and surgical wounds, and full thickness surgical wounds.
